I'm Juan Manuel Miras. I build applications and tools that connect information, organise teams and simplify processes. These are my projects at Theia Island.

Training and qualifications gathered throughout my career.
Key content: Fundamentals of effective equality; gender-equality regulations in workplaces; collective bargaining, positive-action measures and equality plans; diagnosis; strategies for change; and prevention and action against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex.
Delivered through: the 13th edition of the Virtual School of Equality, a programme organised by the Institute of Women and co-funded by the European Social Fund.
